Our very own Rotarian, Mike Raymond, in his capacity as board member for the Bluffton Township Fire District, spoke to the club last week about our top tier (ISO Rating: 2) local fire district, comprising of 60,000 homes and 8 fire stations with one on the way. A big thank you also to those who participated in the Rum Cake Cupcake Auction last week, which raised funds for Rise Against Hunger and feed the hungry! We raised $2,080 from the auction, including matching funds! And a special thanks to our auctioneer, Steve Miller, who did a stupendous job with the bidding!
