In light of the many challenges facing our Nation and our community, the need is great for club members to join one of our Rotary committees.

This week's committee spotlight is on the Service Projects Committee.

The Service Projects Committee members help develop and conduct new service projects and maintain our many current service projects including Christmas Angels, Salvation Army Ringing of the Bell, Student of the Month, Happy Feet, Rotary Reader and Bluffton High School Interact Scholarships.

The service projects committee is truly the heart of the club and is a culmination of all our efforts to give back to the community through Rotary membership. We need committee members to help uncover opportunities to provide service and support to our community that reflect BRC members’ passions and interests, particularly hands on projects and critical needs support within the Bluffton Community.

If you are driven to give back to the community through service and like to jump in and get your hands dirty, this is the committee for you! You can help plan and organize service projects that all our club members can participate in to give back to the community. Please reach out to Jim Evans at 22jsevans@gmail.com if you are interested in helping the Bluffton Rotary Club serve our community through hands-on service projects.
