In light of the many challenges facing our Nation and our community, the need is great for club members to join one of our Rotary committees.
This week's committee spotlight is on the Club Administration.
What don’t these folks do for our club?!? The Club Administration Committee is responsible for organizing regular and special programs, they promote fellowship among club members, they help track attendance, and basically make sure we have effective and efficient operation of the club. One of the main ways they work to promote fellowship is by helping to plan Rotary events like Charter Night, the Sandbar party, the Holiday party, and networking and after-hours events. So, if you like to plan events and parties and want to have fun collaborating with some great club members this could be the committee for you. This committee also handles some of the more basic, but very important, duties of the Club like maintaining our storage facilities and up-to-date inventory records for all stored items. This is great for a person who likes to keep things neat and organized. Sometimes, folks like to work off stress by cleaning and organizing—please feel free to work off any stress and help our Club at the same time!
