All vendors can complete the application directly online. To register, please click on the appropriate application. The application includes a Hold Harmless agreement, which is required for all vendors. For any questions, concerns, and/or assistance please utilize the "contact us" form.

Please note all applications are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. 

Food Vendor Pricing:

The fee for each 10’ x 20’ food vendor space is $260.00.

The fee for food truck space is $310.00

Arts and Crafts Exhibitor Pricing

The fee for each 10’ x 15’ arts and crafts exhibitor space is $180.00.


Please Note:
All Vendors WILL NOT have access to electricity. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All event fees are included!


Food vendors can scan and email certificates of liability insurance to the email below or you can mail it to the address shown below.

Vendors will be notified upon acceptance of their application. Please ensure the correct email address is included, as notifications will be sent via email.

All vendor applications will be date stamped as received, and accepted; spots will be assigned in order of acceptance. Vendor applications received after the deadlines will be reviewed and accepted as they are received and space permitting.

Only complete packages will be processed for admission to the festival. Cancellations with at least two weeks’ notice will be honored; any cancellation within two weeks will forfeit fees.

A note from our Mayfest Art Vendor Committee:

This is your only reminder you have to pay by February 28 to keep your spot/spots in this year’s Mayfest. If you were in last year’s Mayfest and filled out a slip of paper at the end of the festival that was your application for this year. We will know if you participated last year and did not fill out the paper but choose to come back this year.

Just make your payment. I have sent out emails with the link for payment, if you did not get it this is the time to reach out to me and I will send it, if you did get it pay ASAP. Remember February 28th is the deadline. No excuses. So sorry!

The days are ticking away don’t miss your chance! This is your opportunity to keep your space or get a better one as you asked.
