Happy Feet is an annual project of Bluffton Rotary where we provide athletic shoes to elementary school students in the Bluffton area based on a needs assessment of social workers at area schools.  Setup is scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and the event will occur on Saturday, November 8, 2025 starting at 8:00 a.m. The event will occur at the Rotary Community Center at Oscar Frazier Park in Bluffton.
