Oyster Reef Restoration - Placement of MWRs

For this service project, Rotary volunteers will work with marine biologists from the South Carolina Department of Naural Resources to place Manufactured Wire Reefs (MWRs) along the shoreline of the May River. The MWRs provide habitat enhancement for oysters. The MWRs we will be placing are ones that have been constructed by Rotary volunteers at an earlier event.
