Run totally by the students, the paper is free to students and staff and the focus is to provide a way for students to feel part of the community.
"It's a great forum for the kids" and working on the Cat Chat paper can provide "some great life lessons", said Widener. The students working on the paper do everything to produce the paper, from selling ads to writing the articles.
Students are selling ads for the Cat Chat; if you are interested in supporting this venture, placing an ad is a great way to help.
