All vendors can complete the application directly online. To register, please click on the application – either food purveyor vendor or arts & crafts vendor (to the right).  The application includes a hold harmless agreement, which is required for all vendors. You can receive help upon request by using the email below.

Do you need a One-Day Special Event Permit or Town of Bluffton Business License?

Any vendor whose address on their Mayfest registration form is within the Town of Bluffton must have a valid annual Town of Bluffton business license ($30).  They will be required to apply for this license directly with the Town.

Vendors whose addresses are outside of the Town of Bluffton and do not have a current business license can choose to purchase a $10 one-day business permit.  This fee will be added to your Mayfest registration fee.  The Rotary Club of Bluffton will remit payment to the Town for all vendors who desire a one-day permit. 

Alternatively, vendors whose addresses are outside of the Town of Bluffton may wish to apply for a one-year, regular business license ($30) from the Town of Bluffton.  The vendor will be required to apply for this license directly with the Town. 

Click the link to the right for a copy of the Town of Bluffton Business License application. If you are applying for a license directly with the Town, you should submit your application no less than 30 days prior to the festival.

Food Vendor Pricing:

The fee for each 15’ x 10’ food vendor space is $225.00.
Non-profit organizations will receive a $25.00 discount.
If a food vendor requests a preferred spot, there will be an additional $25.00 charge per vendor space.

Arts and Crafts Exhibitor Pricing

The fee for each 12’ x 10’ arts and crafts exhibitor space is $150.00.

Non-profit organizations will receive a $25.00 discount.
Arts and crafts vendors WILL NOT have access to electricity. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Food vendors can scan and email certificates of liability insurance to the email below or you can mail it to the address shown below.

Vendors will be notified upon acceptance of their application. Please ensure the correct email address is included, as notifications will be sent via email.

All vendor applications will be date stamped as received, and accepted; spots will be assigned in order of acceptance. Vendor applications received after the deadlines will be reviewed and accepted as they are received and space permitting.

Only complete packages will be processed for admission to the festival. Cancellations with at least two weeks’ notice will be honored; any cancellation within two weeks will forfeit fees.
