PRESIDENT'S PEN

Fellow Bluffton Rotarians,

It's that time of year again.  'Tis the season for parades, parties, decorations, relaxation, family and fellowship...and oh yes, the Bluffton Rotary Oyster Roast.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, Jan 29 and spread the word.  Mike Tripka will lead our efforts this year as we again conduct the only fund raiser that supports the annual operations of our club.  Please let Mike know how you can help, and if he asks for your help, please do what you can.  Remember, we encourage prospective members to participate as well!

Thanks to Rodney Vaughn for putting together a wonderful Christmas party, to Sandy Graves for overseeing our support of the Salvation Army, and to Sarah Litchfield for helping us give back to those children who need it most.  Finally, congratulations to the newly elected board members who will take office in July 2011 under the direction of Jim Hudson.
