Charmian Hedrick is the Communications Coordinator for the Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA).  She has been with CAPA for over three years and transitioned from the Office Manager to her current position.  Charmian is in charge of all grants writing and reporting for the organization, the CAPA website and Facebook pages, as well as heading up the CAPA Christmas Wish Tree program. 

Charmian is also the coordinator and facilitator for the Cribs for Kids program which teaches the ABCs of Safe Sleep and provides qualified new and expectant mothers with a free Pack ‘n Play to keep their baby safe.  In addition, she trains mandated professionals on their responsibility to report suspected cases of child abuse and neglect.
